Meet the raw materials
The blackberry is a fruit of Asian origin which was then imported into Europe in the XVII century before being cultivated in other continents. Perhaps because it is a very fragile fruit, its production was largely reduced to a domestic production. The blackberry (Rubus fruticosus) is the fruit (pseudobaga) of shrubs commonly known as brambles, Rosaceae family. Its shape provides them a very delicate texture that almost melts in your mouth. They have a sweet fragrance with a subtle acid touch. The Lavender is a medicinal plant, also known as Lavandula or Nardo, widely used to combat stomach problems or allergic reactions to insect stings. The Lavender is used to help treat anxiety, indigestion, allergy to insect bites, fatigue, sleep problems, gastric irritation, flatulence, nervous colitis, nervous dyspepsia, poor circulation, low blood pressure and physical exhaustion.
