INGREDIENTS
Sea bass,
cucumber,
meia.dúzia® Mango Chutney,
meia.dúzia® Blackberry and Raspberry jam,
mustard,
salt,
vinegar,
chili,
Tomato and fresh leaves to decorate

 

 

PREPARATION MODE
Clean the sea bass, remove pimples and skin, cut into cubes.
Season with salt and vinegar, add meia.dúzia® Blackberry and Raspberry jam and meia.dúzia® Mango Chutney.
Put a pinch of pepper and add the cherry tomatoes.
decorate with fresh leaves of chard and edible flowers.
