COUSCOUS SALAD WITH meia.dúzia® "NEGRINHA DO DOURO" OLIVE PASTE - BY CHEF ÁLVARO COSTA

INGREDIENTS
Couscous
meia.dúzia® "Negrinha do Douro" Olive Paste
cucumber
tomato
Pepper
mint
Olive oil, salt and pepper,
Lemon juice
Aromatic Herbs to decorate
meia.dúzia® Mango Chutney

 

PREPARATION MODE
Boil water and in a casserole put the same piece of water for the same amount of couscous
Cover with adhesive film 10 minutes.
Chop the pepper, the cucumber, the tomato and the mint, add salt and pepper and lemon juice, connect with virgin olive oil.

 Decorate in glass with leaves of chard and aromatic herbs and meia.dúzia® Mango Chutney.
