INGREDIENTS
Fresh salmon in tranche
Sesame seeds
Germinated
salt flower
meia.dúzia® Mango Chutney
black pepper
Soybean oil
meia.dúzia® Strawberry Jam with Mint

 


PREPARATION MODE
Cut the salmon tranche into loaves and season with salt and pepper
Apply with the meia.dúzia® Mango Chutney,
And bake in a very hot saucepan with very little soybean oil.
Repeat the task on all sides of the salmon tranche.
Remove from the fire and pass through the sesame seeds.
Cut and serve
