CUSTARD WITH meia.dúzia® STRAWBERRY EXTRA JAM WITH PORT WINE AND CHILI - BY CHEF LÍGIA SANTOS - PORTUGAL'S 1ST MASTERCHEF

INGREDIENTS (1 person)
Custard
1 egg yolk
1 Soup spoon of Sugar
1 Tea spoon of Corn starch
2dl of milk
1/2 Cinnamon stick
1 Lemon peel

Topping
1 Soup spoon of meia.dúzia® Strawberry Extra Jam With Port Wine And Chili
1/2dl of Port wine
2 Strawberries

 

HOW TO PREPARE
Combine all the custard ingredients in a saucepan of cream and mix well. Bring to the boil stirring constantly until it thickens.
Place the custard in a small bowl.
Mix the Port Wine with the meia.dúzia® Strawberry Extra Jam with Port wine and Chili, and cover the custard.
Garnish with the strawberries and the meia.dúzia® Extra Jam with Port wine and Chili.
