“SONHOS” WITH meia.dúzia® BRAVO DE ESMOLFE APPLE JAM WITH CINNAMON AND meia.dúzia® BLUEBERRY JAM WITH MELISSA - BY CHEF GIL PINTO

INGREDIENTS:
200 ml water;
75g butter;
1 lemon peel;
1 star of anise;
1 stick of cinnamon;
1 cardamom seed;
1 tablespoon salt
200g of flour;
5 eggs;
meia.dúzia® Bravo de Esmolfe Apple Extra Jam with Cinnamon;
meia.dúzia® Blueberry Extra Jam with Melissa.

 

MASS PREPARATION MODE: In a saucepan bring the water to the heat with the salt, the butter, the lemon, the cinnamon, the anise and the cardamom seeds. Let it boil to infuse the spice flavors and remove them.
Add the flour all at once and mix until the dough peels off the pan. Remove from the heat, pour into a bowl and let cool slightly.
Add the eggs one by one and stir constantly.

FILLING PREPARATION MODE: Bring the oil to the heat and heat, put spoonfuls of batter in the oil so that there is enough space for the mass to grow. When the dough rises above the oil level prick it with a fork and let the dreams fry. Take away the dreams
and let them drain away. To pass the dreams for sugar and cinnamon, to cut a way so that you can introduce the filling of apple Bravo Esmolfe extra jam with cinnamon and the
filling of blueberry extra jam with melissa.
